April 25: The Rev. John Morehouse, minister of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick, MD, will present "Wholly Holy," exploring the very human need to integrate spiritual meaning into our lives and the planet which we share. Refreshments will be provided after the service.
May 9: The Rev. Morehouse will present "Remembering our Foremothers." A potluck will follow the service.

Friday, April 30 - Sunday, May 2: Mediation & Conflict Resolution Training. Gettysburg Hospital. Mediation Services of Adams County, a not-for-profit organization providing mediation services and training, will offer a 22-hour Mediation and Conflict Resolution Training. Dispute resolution skills are useful in the workplace, family, service organizations, municipalities, and community agencies. Thursday, April 15: 7:30 pm. The White Rose, a play. Rafters Theater, Dutcher Hall, Millersville University. The play, which is about students at the University of Munich who protested the atrocities of the Nazis in 1942-43, holds stirring and thought provoking messages for living in 2004. Evening performances on April 15, 22, and 29 begin at 7:30 p.m. Performances on April 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 and May 1. Two Sunday matinees on April 18 and 25. The April 17th performance is a special fundraising event for the Theater of the Seventh Sister. Ticket cost for that evening includes an informal reception prior to the play, a discussion following the performance, plus some additional attractions. Monday, April 26: 7:00 pm. Art & Peggy Gish CPT Experiences. Lancaster Church of the Brethren, 1601 Sunset Avenue (behind Eat N' Park, near the Lancaster Shopping Center). Art and Peggy Gish, who have served with Christian Peacemaker Teams in Hebron and in Baghdad for several years, will speak about their first-hand experiences. CPT offers an organized, nonviolent alternative to war and other forms of lethal inter-group conflict.

Wednesday, April 28: 7:00 pm. The Proof, a film. Bates Auditorium of the Lancaster Public Library,125 N. Duke St. Part documentary, part campy action thriller. Based on ongoing research from several reputable authors, news sources, and web sites, The Proof reveals what the media refuses to talk about: the hidden relationship between 'terrorists' and the most secretive and corrupt political family of our time.
